The North Myrtle Beach area is home to some of the best golf courses on the East Coast. We will be profiling some of these locations in this regular post.
Tidewater has been winning awards and accolades since its establishment in 1990. Located between the Intracoastal Waterway and Cherry Grove, the course was recently ranked #39 in Golf Magazine’s “Top 100 You Can Play”; Golf Digest also voted it “Best New Public Golf Course in America” when it opened. And it’s no wonder: Tidewater has immaculate fairways and TifEagle grass greens, great views and a challenging level of play.
Tidewater is located on a peninsula overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, the marsh and the Atlantic Ocean. This gives it a natural, secluded feel; it’s less like golfing at a public course and more like walking around your own private club. It’s a tough game, to be sure, but Tidewater rewards bold, well-placed shots. You also can take a few swings to prepare for the game at the course’s state-of-the-art practice facility.

We can help you book your tee times at this world-class golf course, and make reservations for a great dinner and show afterwards. Be sure to take advantage of our fall golf special as well.
