4th Annual Horry County Fair
April 19-28, 2019
Featuring local entertainment, unique vendors, thrilling rides and games, and your favorite carnival fare, this good old county fair is ten days of fun for the entire family! Taking place at the Myrtle Beach Speedway, highlights include character meet and greets, a petting zoo, NASCAR racing, and pig racing, too!
37th Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt

Spring wouldn’t be quite complete without an egg hunt! Once again, the Easter Bunny will make a special visit to McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach to hand out candy and to pose for photos. The egg hunt begins at 10AM sharp, and is divided into areas by age, with more fun to follow.

We’ve been told the Myrtle Beach International Film Fest might just be the best film line up in the World! “Making art accessible for all,” MBIFF welcomes filmmakers and film enthusiasts to this annual event that features networking, forums, food, red carpet interviews, and movie magic — all against the beautiful backdrop of the Market Common in sunny Myrtle Beach.
SOS Spring Safari

Each year at the end of April, shaggers from all along the east coast head to the Grand Strand (the birthplace of shag) for the ten-day SOS Spring Safari. Expect dance parties to pop up at local lounges along Main Street and Ocean Drive, with live music and instructors offering lessons to the masses. This wild event culminates in a parade that brings locals and visitors out for an afternoon of fun and laughter.
14th Annual Mayfest on Main

This one-day, rain or shine event draws a large crowd looking to celebrate May and the beginning of summer. Along Main Street, visitors will find crafters, food vendors, and a community stage featuring live music and performances. Don’t forget your beach chairs! There will also be a special area just for kids.
38th Annual Blue Crab Festival
